Customer Success Analyst

This role is focused on ensuring merchant success by optimizing operational health and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling efforts. The Customer Success Manager will collaborate with Client Partners and Account Managers to analyze merchant performance, identify pain points, and recommend tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing client meetings, monitoring operational metrics, driving product adoption, ensuring customer retention, and identifying new sales opportunities. Basic qualifications include experience in B2B operations and SQL proficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and run recurring client meetings with key stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and analyze operational health metrics for existing partners.
  3. Identify gaps in restaurant performance and propose solutions for improvement.
  4. Drive product adoption working with Client Partners and Account Managers to understand the merchants’ business objectives and tailor new product recommendations supported by data analysis to help them achieve these goals.
  5. Ensure customer retention & expansion through regularly sharing an assessment of the merchant's adoption gaps and monitor overall operational health.
