What you'd actually do

  1. Identify opportunities for expansion and generate pipeline for small existing customers
  2. Manage the full sales cycle for upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  3. Troubleshoot to improve customer experience and ensure long-term retention and product adoption
  4. Partner with existing customers to identify expansion opportunities and increase loyalty
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Datadog teams (Support, Product, Finance, Legal)
