Customer Success Coordinator

This role focuses on post-sales for Small-to-Mid Sized Business restaurant partners, aiming to increase retention and drive business growth. The coordinator will lead scalable growth strategies, achieve revenue targets, upsell new product features, and manage segment budgets. They will also track performance metrics and act as a liaison between restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead scalable growth for Small-to Mid Sized restaurant segment, design and execute growth strategy aligned to territory needs.
  2. Achieve revenue growth targets for the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurant segment, upsell new product features and ensure high retention by driving mutual business value
  3. Be the owner of the budget of the segment, make it more efficient and achieve the revenue targets.
  4. Set, track and report on performance metrics of the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurant segment to internal teams
  5. Be the voice of the Small-to-mid Sized restaurants to internal stakeholders - translate their needs and advocate on their behalf.

Skills

Required

  • 1-3 years professional experience, ideally in a similar commercial/analytic function
  • Confident in making data-led decisions and using sound business judgment
  • Very strong analytical skills and business sense

  • Accountable for achieving business targets or delivering a quota
  • SQL knowledge
  • Experience with partner management and cross-functional projects
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
