Customer Success & Logistics Analyst

This role is for a Customer Success & Logistics Analyst at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company. What you'd actually do

  1. Follow up with Production to schedule deliveries for new orders in salesforce
  2. Ensure accurate order status and delivery tracking in the system
  3. Maintain data related to shipment dates, quantities, and delivery status
  4. Work closely with our logistics teams in Dublin and Herndon on shipments both intercompany and to customers
  5. Ensure delivery schedules are processed correctly in salesforce and aligned with target dates
