Customer Success Manager

This role is for a Senior Customer Success Manager at UiPath, focusing on guiding customers through post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation programs. The CSM will own the customer's adoption strategy, manage end-to-end adoption delivery, advise on value realization, and serve as the primary client contact. The role requires experience in customer success, professional services, and the SaaS/RPA space, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking, leadership, and collaboration to drive customer outcomes with automation solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the customer’s overall adoption strategy, building & maintaining the customer’s comprehensive value delivery plan to achieve the stated objectives
  2. Own, lead & orchestrate end-to-end adoption delivery, from planning to realization, coordinating across the various internal and external workstreams to ensure timely and successful implementation of automation solutions
  3. Understand and advise the customer on how best to define, deliver & realize value that aligns with their stated objectives
  4. Develop and maintain workstream plans, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure adherence to success milestones
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships. Understand client needs and requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor success strategies accordingly

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience (at least 8+years) in customer success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
  • Experience with professional services & attach motions for support/services
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company, preferably in the SaaS or RPA space
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and drive results
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute customer success strategies
  • Fluency in English & French
