  1. Assist sales teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience for customers.
  2. Actively build relationships with customers to establish mutual trust.
  3. Successfully execute the full sales cycle for growth opportunities in existing customer accounts.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers effectively leverage Datadog solutions.
  5. Monitor and identify usage trends to detect renewal risks and drive adoption.
