Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure high-value customers achieve significant ROI with their AI CRM platform. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on technical and business concerns, aligning platform capabilities with strategic priorities, and driving adoption. 2. Coordinate and oversee all customer entitlements throughout the Signature lifecycle, ensuring value is consistently delivered.
  3. Partner with customers to deliver and communicate ROI, translating platform usage into measurable business outcomes.
  4. Successfully align with and manage both Business and Technical Stakeholders, connecting technical goals to business priorities.
  5. Be the trusted partner on MuleSoft use-cases, platform functionality, and how to align them with Catalyst — MuleSoft's integration best practice framework.
