Customer Success Manager

Island is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their North America team. This role will focus on managing a portfolio of key strategic customers, ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of their enterprise browser. The CSM will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, drive adoption, and build strong relationships. Responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact, conducting check-ins and business reviews, collaborating with internal teams, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and collecting customer feedback for product improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, project management, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout their customer journey.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to technical subject matter experts and project managers, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  3. Provide proactive support and guidance to help clients maximize the value of Island.
  4. Ensure technical support issues are appropriately managed in collaboration with Support and SE teams.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure clients are on track to meet their goals.
