Customer Success Manager

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary point of accountability for Signature Success customers, cultivating executive relationships, advising on new features, coordinating service delivery, and advocating during high-severity case resolutions. The role requires demonstrated experience in digital/e-commerce, technical customer success or SaaS platform use, technology consulting or solutions architecture, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both Spanish and English, focusing on Salesforce Core Clouds.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as single point of customer accountability for Signature Success customers
  2. Cultivate relationships with IT and business executive leadership
  3. Act as advisor for adoption of new Salesforce features and release schedules
  4. Coordinate completion of Signature Success catalog of services
  5. Provide timely, proactive feature guidance

  • Demonstrated ability in Digital and E-Commerce environments
  • Technical Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership
  • Technology Consulting or Solutions Architecture experience
  • Outstanding communication skills at all organizational levels
