This role is for a Customer Success Manager focused on OpenAI's advertising platform. The primary responsibilities include managing advertiser relationships, guiding them through onboarding and campaign launches, analyzing performance, identifying expansion opportunities, and surfacing feedback to internal teams. The role requires experience in digital advertising, account management, and data analysis, with a focus on driving partner growth and ensuring a positive advertiser experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own relationships with a portfolio of advertising partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
  2. Guide advertisers through onboarding and campaign launches to ensure strong adoption of OpenAI’s ads products.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve outcomes.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand partnerships through increased product adoption and incremental investment.
  5. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Analytics, Policy, and Operations to resolve issues and enhance platform value.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, account management, customer success, consulting or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience managing advertiser or agency relationships in a platform, publisher, or adtech environment.
  • Comfort interpreting performance data and translating insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with data querying (e.g. SQL, advanced excel/GSheet)
  • Clear communication and ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership and accountability in fast-moving, evolving environments.
  • Sound judgment and a commitment to user trust and responsible platform growth.
