Customer Success Manager for Autodesk Forma in the DACH region, focused on driving digital transformation in the construction industry by increasing platform adoption, managing customer relationships, and achieving revenue expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts
  2. Develop Customer Success Plans, with documented value delivered
  3. Improve Autodesk Forma Adoption within these accounts by solving customer challenges with our technology. Thereby increasing Monthly Active Users, Projects and functionality in use
  4. Mitigate any churn risk and guide expansion discussions
  5. Become an expert in our Autodesk Forma Platform, in current functionality and roadmap

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry or Construction Technology Industry
  • Advanced knowledge of AEC workflows and awareness of BIM solutions focused on Construction Technology
  • Autodesk Forma Platform or similar CDE and Construction/Project Management solutions knowledge
  • Experience communicating the value of technology and its features to customers
  • German language proficiency at a professional level (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Ability to travel when required
  • Experience in building face-to-face relationships with customers
