Customer Success Manager for Autodesk Construction Cloud platform, focusing on driving digital transformation in the construction industry by increasing platform adoption, documenting value, and managing customer relationships to mitigate churn and guide expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be accountable for the relationship health of a selected portfolio of accounts
  2. Develop Customer Success Plans, with documented value delivered
  3. Improve Autodesk Construction Cloud Adoption within these accounts by solving customer challenges with our technology. Thereby increasing Monthly Active Users, Projects and Functionality in use
  4. Mitigate any churn risk and guide expansion discussions
  5. Be an expert in our Autodesk Construction Cloud Platform, in current functionality and roadmap
