Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager for their Marketing Cloud. This role focuses on ensuring high-value customers achieve significant ROI with the platform by acting as a trusted advisor and managing customer relationships. The CSM will be responsible for identifying and addressing technical and business concerns, aligning them with customer priorities. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of customer accountability, developing strong stakeholder relationships, and managing technical health, adoption, and risk. A key aspect of the role involves AI Literacy, using AI agents for tasks like meeting summaries and data collection, basic prompt engineering, and monitoring AI-driven sentiment analysis. The role also requires collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for the delivery of all Signature deliverables, the overall customer experience, and renewal and expansion.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships at key stakeholder levels, including cultivating executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership.
  3. AI Literacy: Proficiency in using AI agents to automate routine tasks such as meeting summaries, QBR data collection, and initial health monitoring.
  4. Forge strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and revenue opportunities.
  5. Proactively monitor and conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement.
