Customer Success Manager for an AI marketing platform focused on 1:1 personalization. What you'd actually do

  1. Cement the relationship with new and existing customers including: onboarding, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
  2. Develop a “consultant” perspective to customer communications, questions, and meetings
  3. Lead and present at regular customer meetings, both in-person and over video conference
  4. Analyze customer usage to form accurate forecasts, and to have complete visibility into renewal pipeline; identify, clearly communicate, and manage risk throughout the year through proactive touch points and take the lead in developing resolution strategies
  5. Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the Attentive Customer experience
