Customer Success Manager- Momentum

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager for their Momentum platform, an AI Revenue Orchestration Platform. The role involves ensuring high-value customers achieve ROI by guiding them on platform adoption, identifying and addressing technical and business concerns, and driving the use of AI features and agents. The CSM acts as a trusted advisor, managing customer relationships, tracking usage metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and platform stability.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct maturity assessments and build Momentum adoption roadmaps
  2. Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for the delivery of all Signature deliverables, the overall customer experience, and renewal and expansion.
  3. Coordinate all deliverables the customer is entitled to, overseeing the experience throughout the Signature lifecycle
  4. Apply the correct processes to address customer needs and ensure value is delivered through the Signature offer
  5. Successfully align with and manage both Business and Technical Stakeholders, focusing on aligning Business Value and Technical Goals to the Signature offer
