What you'd actually do

  1. 強固な関係構築、製品知識、計画、実行を通じて、Box のトップ顧客およびエンタープライズ顧客に対するすべての販売後の活動を管理する
  2. Box 製品について深く理解し、顧客に対してビジネスニーズに最も適した機能・特徴を説明する
  3. 導入、チェンジマネジメント、定着、活用の計画作成と実行
  4. 顧客との定例会議、四半期ヘルスチェックを含む戦略的なレビューなどによるリテンション率向上
  5. 解約リスクやヘルススコアを管理し、リスクを除く活動を積極的に行う

Skills

Required

  • IT industry experience in account management (3+ years)
