What you'd actually do

  1. Growing strategic public sector partnerships: Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across government, higher education, and not-for-profit organisations, helping them unlock more value from Canva.
  2. Driving adoption, retention, and growth: Develop success plans and account strategies that support customer goals, increase engagement, manage renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
  3. Demonstrating Canva’s impact: Use product usage data, customer insights, and business outcomes to tell compelling value stories that influence decision-making and prove ROI.
  4. Navigating complex customer environments: Understand procurement cycles, funding models, governance requirements, stakeholder changes, and adoption risks, then build clear plans to keep partnerships on track.
  5. Partnering cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Education, Support, and other teams to champion public sector customer needs and shape how Canva supports this segment.
