Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to ensure clients maximize value from their investment. The role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert, building client relationships, assisting with performance testing, managing incidents, coordinating resources, and advocating for customer needs with product teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Function as the Commerce Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the technical and operational configuration (and needs) of the customer.
  2. Attain Trusted Advisor status by developing relationships with key collaborators, site owners & administrators.
  3. Work closely with the customer to prepare for peak periods and high traffic sales events by assisting with load & performance testing, configuration and tuning.
  4. Provide proactive Communications in the event of a service degradation or disruption.
  5. Participate in issues and act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high severity cases, driving business reliability and customer satisfaction
