Customer Success Manager for strategic accounts in regulated, global environments, focusing on driving value realization, executive alignment, and long-term partnerships. Requires deep GRC domain expertise and account leadership to drive retention and expansion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own post-sales success for a portfolio of Strategic accounts (10,000+ employees), managing complex, global customer environments.
  2. Lead executive-level engagement, including C-suite alignment, executive business reviews, and multi-year roadmap planning.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive account success plans tied to measurable business outcomes and customer security objectives.
  4. Drive large-scale onboarding and enterprise-wide adoption across multiple business units and geographies.
  5. Partner closely with Account Executives to identify and drive expansion opportunities across compliance frameworks, Trust Reports, Risk Management, and additional Vanta solutions.
