Customer Success Manager - Vietnam

Salesforce is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Bangkok, Thailand, fluent in Vietnamese. This role focuses on ensuring high-value customers achieve ROI with the AI CRM platform by acting as a trusted advisor, managing technical and business concerns, and driving adoption. The CSM will leverage AI agents for tasks like meeting summaries and data retrieval, monitor AI-driven sentiment analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and revenue opportunities. Requires experience in Customer Success or SaaS, strong consulting skills, and knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the single point of customer accountability responsible for the delivery of all Signature deliverables, the overall customer experience, and renewal and expansion.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships at key stakeholder levels, including cultivating executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership.
  3. AI Literacy: Proficiency in using AI agents to automate routine tasks such as meeting summaries, QBR data collection, and initial health monitoring.
  4. Forge strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and revenue opportunities.
  5. Proactively monitor and conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement.
