Customer Success Operations Analyst II (remote, Bra)

This role is for a Customer Success Operations Analyst at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. The analyst will execute operational activities to support customer success, provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools, and identify areas for process improvement. What you'd actually do

  1. Execute operational activities to support Customer Success, including reviewing price quotes, assigning account team members, formatting and sending automated customer communications
  2. Work closely with Customer Success, and with cross-functional teams, to ensure effective execution of operational activities
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Customer Success tools, processes and procedures
  4. Provide internal end-user support for Customer Success tools
  5. Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase efficiency and scalability

Skills

Required

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, Marketing Operations or Finance
  • Self-starter, able to navigate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, strong team contributor; able to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-intensive environment
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Docs and Excel/Sheets are key tools)
  • Experience with CRM, Customer Success Management and/or Support Case Management tools
