What you'd actually do

  1. You will be responsible for the administration of order resolution and after-sales activities of consumables for the aerospace industry.
  2. You will manage a local & international client base, from order receipt to payment, and ensure the proper execution of agreed services.
  3. You will be responsible for processing and managing orders, including regularly monitoring deadlines & daily coordination with the Operations department to ensure on-time deliveries.
  4. You will communicate regularly with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changes.
  5. You will track returns and handle complaints.
