Boeing is seeking a Customer Support SRP Leader (Senior or Principal) to lead the resolution of Safety and Economic Service-Related Problems (SRPs) for the in-service fleet. This role involves engineering leadership, project management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure parts readiness and project execution.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide the Engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers.
  2. Develop statement of work (SOW) to satisfy research and development, ongoing and new business requirements.
  3. Builds Integrated Project schedule to support the project based on complexity. Project schedule supported with resource-based planning to enable first pass quality. Proficient in project management tools (Project, Excel etc. and ability to use tools to tell a story).
  4. Respond to changes to SOW, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules.
  5. Ensure any delinquencies have a risk identified to the overall project execution. Ability to clearly articulate a recovery plan, propose re-plan, demonstrate and instill urgency with stakeholders and be specific in any help requested.
