Product Lead role within Workday's Customer Experience Organization, focusing on driving execution excellence and integrated service product strategy for Workday's AI platform. This role involves aligning products and services, leading strategic initiatives, and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Align products and services with leaders across the CX org.
  2. Lead key operational initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders within and outside of organization.
  3. Partner with EVP of CX on key organizational changes, leadership alignment, and process improvements in order to ensure vision and strategy are enabled.
  4. Conduct research for key projects, including, but not limited to, investment opportunities, M&A opportunities, technology processes, and overall business improvements.
  5. Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing services.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in management consulting at MBB/Big 4 Consulting firms
  • AI tool literacy and hands on application (ex. Claude, Cursor)

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in advising on successful strategies for complex initiatives
  • Strong executive presence and team collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of the functions in CX
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
