This role is the operational backbone of an AI-first CX intelligence function, responsible for designing, building, and running systems and programs that provide a real-time, unified view of the customer. It involves leveraging AI-powered signal analysis, Voice of Customer (VoC) program management, and data storytelling to drive improvements across the customer journey. The role requires managing customer listening infrastructure, insights operations, and closed-loop programs, with a focus on using AI to transform how customer feedback is handled. Key responsibilities include operating AI-powered listening infrastructure, owning a unified customer intelligence platform, deriving AI-powered insights using LLMs and sentiment analysis, building closed-loop programs, driving systemic improvements, implementing AI tooling, and developing AI-inferred customer sentiment models.
