Cyber Operate Manager

Manage and operate a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Technology Platform, including building, monitoring, configuring scripts for custom monitoring, performing access provisioning, analyzing failures, coordinating with teams for fixes, analyzing inventory for certification, configuring PAM environments, providing emergency support for high severity incidents, performing root-cause analysis, gap analysis, and coordinating with client stakeholders and product vendors. The role also involves participating in continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with technical documents and ITIL processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as technical specialist for the Privileged access management (PAM) solution.
  2. Monitor the environment and automated alerts to ensure the services are up and running.
  3. Build and configure script for custom monitoring of PAM solution.
  4. Perform safe creation, platform creation, access provisioning.
  5. Analyze password change & verification failure and put appropriate fix to resolve the problem.

What the JD emphasized

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Privileged Access Management service delivery
  • 5 years in a lead or delivery management capacity
  • Minimum 5 years managing CyberArk engagements
  • Active CDE-CPC or CDE-PAM CyberArk certification required at time of hire
  • Hands-on, production-level experience with a minimum of 6 of the following CyberArk components
  • 3+ years deploying and managing PAM solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); AWS experience is required
  • 3+ years operating within an ITIL-aligned service delivery model
