Insider Risk Analyst
As an Insider Risk Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential insider threats to the organization. You will analyze data, monitor employee activities, and implement security measures to protect sensitive information and assets. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and integrity of our operations.
In this role, you will impact the organization by proactively identifying and addressing potential insider threats, conducting investigations, and implementing security measures to prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze data and monitor employee activities to identify potential insider threats • Conduct investigations into suspicious activities and security incidents • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and controls • Develop and maintain insider risk management policies and procedures • Utilize advanced statistical methods to automate manual investigations teps • Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on insider risk prevention • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in insider risk management
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in insider risk management or related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of insider threat detection and prevention techniques • Experience with data science and statistics • Experience with digital forensics
