This role is for a Medical Information Communication Specialist in the migraine therapeutic area, focusing on communicating medical information within company policies and procedures to achieve business objectives. It involves market information feedback, expense management, customer relationship building, and strict adherence to compliance and legal regulations. The role requires MNC sales experience, preferably in neurology, with a proven track record of sales performance. A bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in MS Office and English are also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. In accordance with company policies and procedures, communicate migraine-related medical information to achieve company targets in a legal and compliant manner.
  2. Provide market information in a timely manner and make appropriate suggestions.
  3. Apply for and reimburse PIM, in-hospital meetings, and inter-hospital meetings within the MICS region.
  4. Build good relationships with customers and maintain the company's image.
  5. Be self-disciplined regarding compliance requirements, strictly manage your behavior, and ensure all daily work complies with company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws and regulations, including but not limited to: actively complete compliance training; strictly adhere to integrity, maintain honesty and transparency, and accurately reimburse actual expenses that comply with company policies; proactively consult with managers, satellite teams/legal/internal control/compliance teams if there are compliance questions in your work.

Skills

Required

  • MNC 2+ years of sales experience
  • Local major hospital promotion experience
  • Past two years sales performance, achievement rate & growth rate meet or exceed team average
  • Recognize company values, honest and upright
  • Good communication skills and strong desire to learn
  • Proactive work attitude, optimistic, good at self-motivation and stress tolerance
  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good English
