This role is a Key Account Manager (KAM) for the retail sector in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing annual sales plans, achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, overseeing promotional activities, analyzing sales and inventory data, and coordinating with internal departments on projects. The role also involves monitoring market trends and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

What you'd actually do

  1. 制订并执行KA客户在区域内的年度销售计划,完成KA客户的年度销售目标,完成或超越完成公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任务;
  2. 协助所负责的KA客户对年度投入进行费用测算,确保按照年度分解指标实现销售业绩;按合作计划约定跟进落实KA客户重点分部及门店市场活动及相关培训开展,实现定期拜访并及时反馈/建议;
  3. 按照月度管理KA客户销售产品的数据整理及测算,做好沟通反馈,确保数据详实准确;
  4. 跟踪KA客户进销存数据,及时进行分析,向管理层和销售团队提供有价值的数据信息;
  5. 审核所负责KA客户的陈列协议,费用控制在预算内;

Skills

Required

  • University degree or above, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry with equivalent companies for external candidates.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in office software.
  • Professional knowledge in relevant product areas.
  • Strong influencing and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong communication, planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong team cooperation awareness.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn.
  • Self-motivated, self-challenging, and ability to manage stress.
  • Strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and relevant laws, including FCPA and Chinese anti-corruption laws.
  • Integrity and transparency in past work history.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of sales management experience or Key Account Management experience preferred.
