Product Manager for the Hematology Oncology business unit in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. Responsibilities include designing national activities, adapting central marketing strategies to regional ones, analyzing regional markets, understanding customer needs, collecting and analyzing market intelligence data (health policies, competitor pricing, etc.), managing KOL relationships, and organizing brand story and promotion trainings for sales representatives. Requires 4 years of experience in a Top MNC, preferably with local marketing experience, and strong communication, influencing, and analytical skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participate in designing a series of national activities and ensure key strategy implementation、follow-up feedback and improvement.
  2. Adapt central marketing strategy to regional marketing strategy, including accurate regional market analysis, keen insight into customer needs and perception of the products through adequate market research findings, SWOT analysis, and translate them into regional marketing strategy proposals and suggested action plan for products.
  3. Collect and analyze market intelligence data from multiple aspects, including health policies, generics, prices, reimbursement, co-payment, its class, its competitors, its market or its environment.
  4. National and regional KOL concept management. Keep long term effective professional engagement with physicians and KOLs, as well as internal customers like sales team/ MA/MAnGA/CCM/HCC/Legal etc.
  5. Organize brand story and promotion trainings for national and regional MRs.
