Skills

Required

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MD, PhD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • 10 Years+ of marketing roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, specifically in oncology
  • At least 1 relevant sales management experience (DSM, RSM, or franchise).
  • At least 8 years of experience in people management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and effectively manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, utilizing market data to make informed marketing decisions.
  • High level of compliance awareness.
  • Functional proficiency in spoken and written English.
