This role is for a DashMart Team Member at DoorDash, responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It involves physical tasks and customer interaction within a local fulfillment center. The role is customer-facing and operational, not directly AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
  2. Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
  3. Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
  4. Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Skills

Required

  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • willingness to work in refrigerated areas
  • high school diploma or GED
  • ability to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire
