This role is for a DashMart Team Member at DoorDash, responsible for fulfilling customer orders from a local fulfillment center. Key duties include picking and packing orders, managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is customer-facing and operations-focused within the consumer goods delivery domain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
  2. Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
  3. Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
  4. Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Skills

Required

  • reliable, positive, and team-oriented
  • experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations
  • detail-oriented and passionate about fresh food quality and safety
  • lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas
  • high school diploma or GED
  • willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire
