This role is for a DashMart Team Member at DoorDash, responsible for picking and packing orders, managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It involves physical labor and customer interaction within a local fulfillment center.

What you'd actually do

  1. Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
  2. Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
  3. Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
  4. Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Skills

Required

  • high school diploma or GED
  • willing to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire

Nice to have

  • experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations
  • can lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas (with or without accommodation)
