This is a role for a DashMart Team Member at DoorDash, responsible for picking and packing orders, inventory management, warehouse organization, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a local fulfillment center. The role involves physical tasks and customer interaction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand off to Dashers.
  2. Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
  3. Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
  4. Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved with the customer.

Skills

Required

  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work in refrigerated areas
  • high school diploma or GED
  • willingness to complete a Food Handler's Certification upon hire
