Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Data Acquisition Leader to manage and strategize data acquisition for clinical development programs. This role involves leading data management activities, collaborating with internal and external partners on data integration, ensuring compliance, and potentially managing a team. The focus is on acquiring various clinical data streams like EDC, EHR, ePRO, and Real World Data.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the strategy and planning, execution, and completion of all data management activities and deliverables within assigned scope ensuring quality, compliance standards, consistency, and efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with internal cross-functional colleagues and external partners to define the data integration strategy for assigned programs/projects.
  3. Accountable for Clinical Data Acquisition delivery within assigned area and scope including setup and management of data collection tools and/or acquisition of external data streams including but not limited to EDC, EHR, ePRO, eSource, EHR, Real World data and traditional and novel clinical data streams.
  4. Serve as the Clinical Data Acquisition primary point of contact for assigned area and scope.
  5. In collaboration with Functional Leadership, define the data acquisition strategy and sourcing/operating model for assigned programs.
