This role is for a Data Analyst on the Global Growth team at Lyft, focusing on luxury strategy. The role involves using data to shape products, make business decisions, perform deep dives, identify product enhancements, and measure feature impact. It will contribute to expanding Lyft beyond core rideshare products, including luxury modes, international presence, and AVs. The analyst will collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to improve rider/driver experience and drive market growth. Responsibilities include developing frameworks, delivering analyses, managing models and reporting for the luxury marketplace, and influencing business strategy and product roadmaps. The ideal candidate has experience in consulting or strategic analytics, can lead high-visibility projects, influence cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop frameworks and deliver analyses to guide decision-making and prioritization across functions
  2. Uncover new areas of opportunity to grow Lyft’s Luxury portfolio. Manage, build, and automate models and reporting to provide actionable insights on the Lyft Luxury marketplace, including rider, driver, and general efficiency metrics. Utilize data and analyses to influence business strategy and product roadmaps
  3. Regularly partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Data Science and collaborate with teammates in the Global Growth Org
  4. Present findings, recommendations, and results to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
