What You Will Do:
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Design and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to extract, transform, and manipulate data.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored, data-driven solutions.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data in all aggregation, analysis, and visualization activities.
- Continuously improve data aggregation and visualization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in data governance and quality initiatives to uphold high standards of data management.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Experience in one or more of the following data visualization, report development, and business intelligence.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, or similar.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience interpreting complex data and present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python.
- Experience in SQL and/or Oracle databases for data extraction and manipulation.
- Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or related areas.
- Experience with ETL processes and tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
