The position ensures site readiness, infrastructure scalability, and deployment execution align with AMD's performance and product roadmap requirements, setting global lab design direction. It involves due diligence, lab design, infrastructure strategy, construction monitoring, and stakeholder management, with a focus on supporting future product roadmaps and high-density computing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform technical due diligence on new and existing facilities.
  2. Develop scalable, modular lab designs optimized for density, airflow, accessibility, and operational efficiency.
  3. Define corporate standards for power distribution, cooling systems, IT networking space, and rack density.
  4. Monitor construction progress, quality, and contractor performance.
  5. Lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Facilities, Real Estate, Procurement, and Product SMEs.
