This role is for a Data Center Construction Turnover Lead at Oracle, responsible for managing the handover of new data center capacity from construction to operations. The lead ensures all documentation, quality standards, and operational readiness requirements are met, acting as a liaison between various teams and vendors. The role focuses on the successful integration and operationalization of data center infrastructure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate the phased turnover of data center capacity from construction to operations, ensuring safety, security, and readiness at each stage.
  2. Ensure all required documentation (as-builts, O&M manuals, MOPs, test records) is complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
  3. Schedule and facilitate vendor-led training for operations teams to support a smooth site handoff.
  4. Serve as a liaison among the construction team, developer, GC, vendors, operations, and internal OCI stakeholders to drive clear communication and issue resolution.
  5. Own the assembly, review, and approval of the turnover package, ensuring all documentation, test results, permits, and closeout requirements are met per internal and customer standards before Partial or Final Acceptance.
