This role enables OCI Delivery and Operations teams to spend less time building reports and more time executing by supporting reporting automation, dashboard development, operational data coordination, and process standardization across the delivery organization.
Operating within the Chief of Staff organization, this individual will help build and maintain scalable reporting tools, automate recurring operational reporting, improve data visibility, and support consistent portfolio reporting across programs and regions.
This role partners closely with Business Operations, PMO, E2E, Delivery, Operations, Workforce Strategy, and enterprise analytics teams to improve reporting efficiency and operational visibility as OCI rapidly scales its global construction portfolio.

Reporting Automation & Tool Development
- Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, trackers, and automated workflows using existing Oracle systems and collaboration tools
- Automate recurring reports and reduce manual slide-building and data consolidation efforts across teams
- Support development of scalable reporting processes that improve operational efficiency and reporting consistency
- Assist in creating self-service reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams
Dashboard & Reporting Support
- Support development and maintenance of portfolio-level dashboards and operational reporting tools
- Partner with Business Operation leads to implement KPI tracking structures, reporting frameworks, and executive visibility requirements
- Help standardize reporting formats, templates, and data outputs across programs and regions
- Assist with generation of recurring executive and operational reporting deliverables
Data Coordination & Operational Visibility
- Aggregate and validate data across Delivery, Operations, E2E, PMO, Procurement, Design, and workforce planning teams
- Identify data inconsistencies, reporting gaps, and quality issues impacting operational visibility
- Maintain reporting documentation, data sources, and operational reporting processes
- Support baseline tracking, milestone visibility, and trend reporting across the portfolio
Systems & Process Support
- Support implementation and administration of operational tracking systems and reporting workflows
- Partner with enterprise tooling and analytics teams to improve integration, automation, and reporting scalability
- Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on reporting efficiency and operational transparency
- Help develop repeatable reporting structures that support rapid organizational scaling
Operational Coordination Support
Assist with:
- headcount and hiring tracking
- onboarding coordination
- organizational reporting requests
- operational data management
Support cross-functional coordination efforts tied to portfolio reporting and executive operating rhythms

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
