Data Center Integrated Planning & Scheduling Lead

Seeking a leader to establish and scale integrated planning and scheduling standards across OCI’s global data center delivery portfolio. This role will develop enterprise-level scheduling governance, standardized planning frameworks, and portfolio-level schedule visibility to enable predictable, scalable delivery across rapidly expanding programs and campuses. Responsibilities include developing enterprise scheduling standards, integrated program and portfolio planning, schedule visibility and executive reporting, change management, and standardization of operational maturity.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling standards, planning frameworks, and governance processes across OCI construction programs
  2. Support development of integrated portfolio-level planning frameworks connecting: long range planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operational readiness
  3. Establish portfolio-level schedule health reporting, trend analysis, and milestone visibility frameworks
  4. Develop governance processes supporting disciplined schedule change management and plan-of-record stability
  5. Develop standardized planning templates, schedule artifacts, and governance tools supporting scalable execution
