Data Center Npi Program Manager

NVIDIA is seeking an NPI Program Manager for Operations in Taiwan to manage and communicate process, material readiness, and build schedule exercises for system-level new product development. The role involves driving factory NPI teams, leading NPI meetings, and improving internal processes across multiple teams and functions. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in industrial management or Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience, and strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Accountable for managing and communicating process, material readiness, build schedule exercises and communicating status back to the larger team in headquarter.
  2. Drive factory NPI teams to efficiently and effectively on BOM/ECO check and implementation.
  3. Lead and facilitate NPI meetings with representatives from Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Engineering associates during process development, pilot, and ramp-up of manufacturing.
  4. Help with internal process improvements; remove gaps, across multiple teams and functions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in industrial management or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years of CM/ODM Server product project management experience
  • Deep understanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently
  • Familiarity with creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation
  • Strong observational and analytical skills, including ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks
  • Organized and efficient in time-management, capable of multi-tasking, ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Proven track record Program or Project Management
