This role is for a Data Center Operations Administrator at Oracle in London. What you'd actually do

  1. Provisioning of physical access requests received via email or internal systems into Colocation Provider Web Portals.
  2. Unblocking of urgent access issues in a compliant way.
  3. Help co-ordinate deliveries of racks and access for personnel who will install them.
  4. Help co-ordinate deliveries of material (notifying colo providers of expected deliveries via portals, collecting and tracking, storing packages).
  5. Performing monthly audits of access logs (comparing what was authorized and what was accessed) and raising security tickets for violations.
