What you'd actually do

  1. Work with technicians, engineers, program managers, and partner teams to create and update documentation.
  2. Partner with SMEs to publish documentation for physical infrastructure, cloud products, security, and compliance.
  3. Review and audit documentation with SMEs to ensure clarity, quality, and consistency.
  4. Gather feedback and continuously improve documentation.
  5. Support operational responsibility for one data center; support additional sites as needed.
