The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) tooling, cloud operations, and production support, with the ability to execute within strict operational and compliance frameworks.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in cloud operations, systems administration, or production support
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) (compute, networking, IAM, storage)
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (VCN, DNS, firewalls)
- Experience with monitoring, incident management, and ticketing systems
- Ability to operate within structured, compliance-driven environments
- Knowledge/Experience with troubleshooting and managing databases (Oracle preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Commercial and highly regulated SaaS services
- Familiarity with FedRAMP, ILx, or similar compliance frameworks
- Scripting/automation experience (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Experience working in 24x7 production environments
- Experience with Shepherd or similar
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with M&O stack: Graphana, Prometheus or similar
- Familiarity with construction & engineering industry desired
Eligibility Requirement:
Must be a United States Citizen and currently reside in the United States

Perform day-to-day cloud operations within OCI environments, including provisioning, configuration, and access management
Support customer onboarding and environment readiness for regulated workloads
Monitor system health and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests
Execute and maintain standard operating procedures and runbooks aligned to compliance requirements
Partner with OCI SRE and engineering teams to ensure secure, stable, and scalable operations
Maintain audit-ready documentation and adhere to all operational controls
Participate in on-call rotation supporting a 24x7 operations model
Operations staff may be required to work on a rotating shift basis
