Data Center Portfolio Manager

NVIDIA NVIDIA · Semiconductors · Santa Clara, CA

NVIDIA is seeking a Data Center Portfolio Manager to manage global data center capacity inventory, aligning site selection and capacity tracking with company demand. This role involves leading data center builds, managing relationships with infrastructure providers, and assessing market availability against delivery schedules.

What you'd actually do

  1. End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the execution of multiple large-scale data center builds simultaneously, ensuring a seamless transition from "dirt" to "data."
  2. Ecosystem Orchestration: Manage relationships across the full DC spectrum, including MEP equipment providers (UPS, Chillers, Switchgear), general contractors, and capital partners.
  3. Differentiate between marketing timelines and achievable project schedules; assess rack-ready dates versus powered land delivery.
  4. Distinguish between incremental available capacity versus cumulative MW leased or reserved, identifying true near-term options.
  5. Leverage relationships and partner with colocation developers, operators, and brokers to secure early insight into market opportunities.
