Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Enablement Business Partner to support Operating Units across EMEA/LATAM. This role acts as a strategic partner to AVP-level Sales Leaders, translating global initiatives into local impact and identifying regional opportunities for enablement. The focus is on improving seller productivity, accelerating new hire ramp, and driving sustainable growth through targeted enablement programs. The role requires strong business acumen, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Fluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese is mandatory.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted strategic partner to AVP Sales leaders for assigned OUs, embedding yourself in the regional business to understand priorities, challenges, and performance drivers.
  2. Diagnose business needs using both qualitative insight and quantitative analysis, proactively identifying opportunities where enablement can improve productivity, pipeline generation, and execution.
  3. Understand and translate International and global enablement initiatives into targeted, high-quality execution for your assigned OUs, ensuring relevance, clarity, and strong adoption.
  4. Design and deliver International and OU-specific enablement initiatives that address regional nuances, market maturity, and seller needs, while staying aligned to broader business priorities.
  5. Define success metrics for enablement initiatives and leverage data to assess impact on productivity, ramp, and business performance.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, sales operations, or sales leadership, ideally within a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Experience partnering with senior sales leaders (AVP-level or above) and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actions.
  • Proven ability to own and execute high-quality programs while also contributing strategic thinking to the overall international plan.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese mandatory
