Data Partnerships

Clay · Vertical AI · New York, NY · Finance

This role is focused on managing relationships with data partners for a company that uses AI to help organizations turn growth ideas into reality. The Data Partnerships Manager will be the primary point of contact for data partners, ensuring their success and engagement, and advocating for their needs internally. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve the data ecosystem for customers and partners. While the company leverages AI, this specific role is centered on partnership management and does not involve direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own relationships with a portfolio of data partners, serving as their primary contact and advocate within Clay.
  2. Build trusted relationships through regular communication, quarterly business reviews, and proactive outreach.
  3. Deeply understand each partner's business model, product roadmap, growth goals, and challenges.
  4. Monitor partner health metrics including usage, data quality, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
  5. Identify opportunities to help partners grow their business through Clay — more visibility, better positioning, co-marketing opportunities, or product improvements.
