The Trade Desk is hiring a Data Partnerships Manager in London to manage integrations and partnerships with data providers across EMEA. This role involves supporting partner onboarding, managing relationships, developing enablement materials for commercial teams, and contributing to team operations. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in adtech or a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with programmatic advertising.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the evaluation and onboarding of new data partners, working alongside senior team members to assess fit, progress integrations, and manage early-stage relationships.
  2. Support the development of enablement materials, including vertical narratives, case studies, and training content, that help commercial teams have confident data conversations with clients.
  3. Play a key role in keeping the EMEA Data & Strategy team running smoothly by supporting a range of internal operational tasks.
  4. Develop a working knowledge of The Trade Desk’s data product suite, including 1P data, 3P audiences, contextual, CTV, retail data, and measurement.
  5. Build familiarity with the TTD platform and Kokai, with support from senior team members and structured onboarding.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in adtech, martech, or a related digital media or technology role.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and keep shared resources well-maintained.
  • Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with an eye for well-structured, audience-appropriate content.
  • Collaborative by nature, comfortable working across teams and supporting colleagues at different levels of seniority.
  • External relationship skills, professional, curious, and eager to develop as a partner-facing team member.
  • Analytically curious, comfortable working with data and drawn to evidence-based thinking.
  • Highly organised and delivery-focused, takes ownership of tasks, follows through, and communicates proactively if timelines shift.
  • Leads with positivity, brings energy and a constructive attitude to the team, particularly in ambiguous or fast-moving situations.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable with Slack.
  • Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to partner management, business development, or commercial operations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the programmatic advertising landscape and an interest in data-driven marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, or Crossbeam is a plus.
  • Additional European languages are not required but would be welcomed given the team’s regional remit.
